Strength-Push Press 5x5
Perform the Push Press for 5 sets of 5 reps using 65-75% of your 1 rep max. Rest no more than 30 seconds between sets and focus on form and speed throughout the movements. Use a challenging weight that you can maintain throughout the series. This series focuses on speed and it should be heavier than your strict press.
